I just performed a clean install of Windows 7 on my SSD. After doing so I started downloading drivers and programs to get everything back to where it was before the new install. Now though, I can't get my dual monitor setup to work. After installing the driver for the Nvidia card I get a black screen after the windows logo. I've tried several things but nothing seems to work. Please help!
Here's my setup.
old VGA monitor going through ASRock mobo (set as PCIe in BIOS)
new DVI monitor through GTX950
When the driver for the GPU is enabled I get the black screen and when it's disabled the DVI monitor works fine but the VGA monitor is never recognized either way. How can I get the GPU to work and both monitors back on? Thank you for any help that you can provide!!!
