Black screen after login

My laptop desktop won't load when I log in, it's just black and I'm able to move the mouse. Windows 10 what to do??

1. win 10 suggest a clean boot and see if its one of your programs starting at boot to blame: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/929135

2. Try removing any USB devices from laptop at start and see if it fixes it. If it does, its likely problem is a USB device. just need to work out which one.
