Black Screen After New RAM Install, Not Sure if RAM is Bad or I Messed Up

Motherboard is ECS G41T-M7 v1.1
Old RAM is 1 2gb stick of Kingston HyperX Blu KHX1333C9D3B1/2G
New RAM is 2 4gb sticks of Pareema MD313C81609L2

Should I be sending for a replacement or a new set?

the ram is 1333mhz

this is what i found out from ecs
º *Through BIOS setting, this motherboard can over clock to DDR3 1220 MHz when using DDR3 1333 SDRAM with FSB 1066 CPU. (Please update the latest BIOS and refer to the CPU support list/ Memory support list)

Try using each module separately, it is unlikely that both of them are dead. If the PC boots with one, but not the other one, you know which one is faulty. You can also try to reset your BIOS settings with CLR_CMOS jumper on the mobo or removing the battery for a minute and putting it back (unplug the PC from the wall beforehand).
