Question black screen after power outage

Guys I need help please
The electricty went off and the pc was turned on when it got back I turned it on and I got black screen I pressed restart from case and same happen I turned it off I take of the power. Anyone know what happened and if there is any hardware that got dameged sorry for my English please help
