Black screen after removing the FBI virus

HI every one please help me

after getting the FBI virus i started in safe mode with command prompt and after deleting the virus and other files, (the welcome loading screen take 1 minute to load and after that the black screen appears for 1 minute then the desktop loads) (and i deleted ntuser.bat which i didnt know what that was at the time so maybe that has something to do with the black screen) and scanning my pc with spy hunter 4, MSE, and mailware bites. i think i finally killed the virus.. and the system restore wasnt on so i have no back up points. AND my version of windows is newer then my install disc so it says the version isnt compatible .. so i dont know what to do can some one please help me

I assume your speaking of the FBI Ice ransomware? If there is no system restore point available, your only recourse will likely be an OS reinstall. Try downloading Ultimate Boot CD or a Linux Live CD and see if you can recover any files to an external hard drive or flash drive.

ok thanks you for taking time to reply to my thread. and i prolly will reinstall unless i can fix it. but i think it has some thing to do with the explorer.exe in the registry be cause when i boot up the PC and it get to the black screen (after the welcome screen) i can ALT+CTRL+DEL and stop explorer, then restart explorer.exe and the desktop comes up right away... OH and i have windows 7 pro and i have scanned the pc with C Cleaner and that didnt fix it but other then that problem the pc is work fine even a lil faster and cooler than it was befor the virus
