My PC was fine today, until I opened it and completely cleaned it for dust. I didn't remove any parts except for a CD drive, then when I plugged in the PC it just turned on for a split second then off, then on and off over and over at 5 second intervals. I tried to plug back the CD drive just the way it was but that didn't help.
I reset the CMOS battery and it worked, the pc turns on BUT nothing shows on either monitor. I have the motherboard disks and everything, but how do I fix it?
