Question Black screen after restart

Hi if anyone could help would greatly appreciate it, I was optimizing my call of duty game on my pc watching a video how to optimize it, there was zipped package for the FPS boost which had registry files in there to "optimize" my game after using the registry files the next step was to restart pc I did that then my screen just went black tried plugging my VGA to motherboard or putting a different graphics card in nothing worked also took out battery from the motherboard for a couple of mins also didn't help is this some kind of new virus?

I5 4570 gigabyte GA b85 hd3, crucial 8gb 2x gtx 1660 cooler master psu rs 500 psap j3 its been running well and after I restarted it's just black screen the pc runs but no load up screen nothing happening on monitor

Tried no luck still black screen connecting it to motherboard without gpu
