Question Black screen after updating amd graphics drivers

I updated my amd graphics driver and the screen went all black I restarted my PC and it became black before I could get to the log in screen I didn't know about safe mode so I reinstalled windows 10 and it was still black then I enabled safe mode and it says I can't install Windows in safe mode but if I try to install it without safe mode the screen goes black but i can still click everything because when the screen went all black the first time I was clicking on the screen everywhere and I unpaused a video I was watching while the screen was black. Please help I don't know what to do
