Sometimes, when I boot my PC, after it shows the Windows logo, the screen turns black and stays that way. When I say black, it's not like the monitor is turned off, it's a more lightly black. The thing is, I think that the PC boots correctly, because when I restart the PC, it boots up fine with the screen alright, and Chrome says that it closed unexpectedly. Maybe it has something to do with my graphics card, or drivers?

Solution
yes it could be. you can try doing the following to fix that. you can try reinstalling yuor graphics card with DDU. download it. boot to safe mode. run DDU to clean your GPU drivers. restart to normal mode and download and install latest GPU driver. restart.
