[SOLVED] black screen always when gaming

i have spec like this
CPU : i5-10400f
GPU : rx 580
MB : h410m-hvs r.2
ram : 8gb
Storage : 256gb ssd & 1tb hdd
with stock fan

and i can't play any gameee, can someone help me? i can't play any game at all, if i play game, my screen keep black screen. and sometimes crash with THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER. i try all "how to fix it" on google or youtube
nothin can fix it

First thing I would try is to completely uninstall graphic card drivers using DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html (follow instructions) and than clean install newest drivers form AMD site https://www.amd.com/en/support
