Question Black screen and BSOD

First of all
This is my build: Watercooled

• X370 Gaming plus
• Ryzen 7 1800x
• RX VEGA 56 (Now swapped with RX6600)
• 16 GB RAM
• SSD 500 GB
• 2 TB HD
• SAMSUNG 65 INCH TV

So out of the blue I was getting black screens, sometimes I would get no signal notifications from my TV, It even progressed to BSOD crashes.

Things I've tried so far:

• Swapping HDMI cables, ports
• DDU'ing drivers in safe mode
• Different GPU slot
• CLEAR CMOS
• Flashing to latest BIOS
• Installed windows over
• Used different RAM slots

I was convinced it was my GPU failing so I bought a Power color RX600 card.

However the problem still persists... Just not as often as with my RX VEGA 56 card. And I haven't gotten any BSOD crashes aswell.

Now it's every minute or so, with my VEGA card it was every couple seconds, the screen would black out. And usually didn't recover and stayed at "no signal"

I'm now starting to think it's my PSU failing ? Or my CPU!??

Maybe somebody can check my
Voltage Readings and see something unusual activity!? I believe my CPU VCORE voltage Readings are unusual? But I'm not really familiar with these kind of stuff.

didn't see any good review on that. test your system with a better psu
