Black screen and buzzing sound from headphones

I've had this setup for 2 years and I didn't have any issues until my hdd recently died.
I replaced it and since then the pc keeps getting black screens while gaming, these come with a buzzing sound in my headphones (sound loop?) and after 20 seconds or so the keyboard LEDs turn off aswell. The fans are still working including the GPU ones and the only thing I can do is turning the pc off through the power button.

I updated all the drivers including the GPU's by using DDU.
I also reset the pc and reinstalled Win 10 but the issue is still there.
I ran Memtest and it didn't find any errors.

P.S. I'm not experienced but I think it may be and hardware problem.

Components
CPU: i5-4690K 3.50GHz
GPU:AMD R9 390 8GB
MOBO: ASUS B85M-E
HDD: SEAGATE ST4000DM004 4TB
RAM: 8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3
PSU: COOLER MASTER G650M
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Solution
By 10mV.

If it does not work for you, you may try to underclock the 390 too. You can find the same gpu review online to see how they do.
I checked my temps while gaming:
-the CPU max temp is 70 degrees although it usually stays on 64-67
-the GPU temp is 70 degrees aswell

I ran FurMark for 30 minutes to double check the GPU, it didn't exceed 74 degrees and it triggered no black screens.

The GPU fans work without any problem and are free from dust.

I don't have any spare GPU or PSU so I can't really test them.

Then go into the BIOS, in hardware monitor section, or PC health monitor section to check the +3.3V, +5V, or +12V. You want to see those voltages are within +/- 5%, eg for +3.3V, it should be like https://www.lifewire.com/power-supply-voltage-tolerances-2624583 If they are not, the PSU has problem. Keep in mind, the r9 390 will draw more power, like more power hungry.

Also go to event viewer to see you can find any error(s). https://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-10/how-to-use-event-viewer-in-windows-10/

If the error related to GPU, may try increasing the voltage little bit, because it will help the GPU runs stable.
