Black screen and can’t get into BIOS

I recently bought a PowerSpec gaming desktop computer
i5 7400
1050 Ti
8gb ddr4

I was told to press F11 to make it start up but it is not working, I have made sure the monitor works, before I bought it I saw it running well

Try switching your monitor display cable from the video card port 1050Ti to your motherboard Rear I/O integrated graphics
Are you getting no display at all on your monitor ?
Or is your issue just not being able to get into Bios settings?
Do you know what motherboard is used on your system ?
