Question Black screen and cant get in BIOS

My parts:
CPU: Intel Core i7 980X extreme edition
Motherboard: Asus p6td Deluxe
Ram: Hyper X 8gb 1866Mhz
Cpu Cooling: Cooler Master v8
Power supply:Cooler Master 1100W
Graphics card: a geforce graphics card i cant remember the model now
(All of the parts are new)

When i turn on my pc i get a black screen and i cant even go in my BIOS
Whats the problem?

Some PCIe GPUs require additional power direct from the PSU via 6-pin and/or 8-pin power cables.
If your GPU has these connectors, have you hooked them up to the PSU?

I have a geforce gt240 1gb for now till i buy a new graphics card , i think it doesnt need additional power from the PSU via 6pin or 8pin cables(i think)

Your right, the GT 240 only needs power from the PCIe slot.

I don't know why yours isn't working.

Never mind, i think the cpu is burnt ,theres nothing wrong with the gpu.I will replace it and ill see
