Hi,
3 years ago I bought a graphics card, MSI RX580 Gaming X 8Gb.
After half a year, sometimes when I minimize games with Alt + Tab, the signal on the monitor would disappear and the fans of the graphics card would run at full power, to get out of this state you have to reboot the PC manually with the button on the chassis. As time went on, the problem became more and more frequent. I used to be able to play demanding games with good graphics settings, but now I had to put the minimum settings and lower the resolution to 720p, otherwise a black screen and fans running at full speed.
The characteristics of my monster:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: MSI RX580 Gaming X 8Gb
RAM: HyperX Fury 2x8Gb 2666MHz
Storage: 512 gb Sata 3 SSD + 2 Tb HDD 7200 rpm
Motherboard: Asus Prime A320M-K
PSU: GameMax 500W probably without certificate
Win 10
2 FullHD monitors
Graphics card was tested in a similar computer, everything is the same, except RAM - the problem remains.
Also plugged myself Gigabyte RX 570 4Gb - works steadily and without fail.
Really hoping for your help
