Question Black screen, and fans working 100% ?

i've this problem almost 1 month
When i start windows and making furmark-OCCT test or play somethin my screen will be black and fans working like a mad

i tried bios update - reinstallation windows-change RAM slots-win10 and win11-delete grap card driver with DDU and installation and i changed my PSU Zalman 750W to NZXT C850 Gold
i found something very interesting , if i wont power off computer for a while(1-7 day) i dont see this problem.Its only when i start windows or restart.

Try installing the gpu drive before the newest one on nvidia
