Black screen and I need help

Last night I was booting up my computer like normal and it displayed the sign in screen and I signed in and when the computer shows all my shortcuts there is no background instead it is just black screen. The taskbar was there too. I decide to restart my computer and I signed in but this time there are no shortcuts, taskbar , nothing. I tried to click but nothing would work. The only thing that works is pressing ctrl alt delete and that can bring up task manager but other than that i can’t do much. I tried taking out my graphics card but it still had a black screen.i know it’s not my monitors becuase the sign in screen still works. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated and just for your information here are my specs.

CPU:Intel core-i5 6600k
GPU:gtx 1050 Ti
Ram:8gb
Motherboard: MSI b150 PC mate

It's possible that the File Explorer interface failed to load (properly). Try Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up Task Manager. Click on "File", then "Run", then type in "explorer" or "explorer.exe" and see if your icons and taskbar return.

I tried both explorer and explorer.exe and both just resulted in nothing happening.

Have you tried this troubleshooter at MS Support?

It doesn’t work because when I boot in safe mode it gives same black screen.

OK. I suggest you use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to make a Win10 image on a flash drive, then use it to repair your Windows installation.
