[SOLVED] Black Screen and Resolution Changed in Games

The last couple of weeks I've had this problem in some games were I play for a bit and then my main monitors black screens and the second freezes for a couple seconds. Then they come back but the main monitor were the game was on has the resolution changed. I tried both a gtx 1080 and a 5700xt and they both have the same problem. The game was WoW that did the black screen and I also tried Destiny 2 but with Destiny the gtx 1080 would black screen and the 5700xt would just crashed and would say something along graphical memory error. Any help would be really great. Because the only thing I'm thinking now is that my power supply is going I've had that for about 6 years now and maybe its time to replace it?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

use occt to stress test psu for about 10 min take note of voltages before and on test if psu fail test time for a new one .

Ok I tried running the Occt 3 times and each time i stressed test it would blue screen. So guessing need a new psu
