So, I just finished building my first custom PC, and I turned it on for the first time. The lights turned on and fans spun, but when I plugged it into my monitor, nothing but a black screen. I know the monitor and cable work( I tested) and the monitor seems to realize it's plugged into something, because as soon as my PC turns on, the low power mode light turns off. I've tried almost everything, from resetting the bios to cleaning my ram, but nothing seemed to change. Also my keyboard and mouse don't turn on, even when plugged in.
