Hello, i posted a thread before, but the issue persists, i completely wiped my HDD clean, reinstalled windows 7 64 bit, yet it's still there, i know RAM isn't the issue, but i don't know, the issue appeared just a couple of days ago... can Hardware issues be that sudden? What type of hardware failure could cause this? Note that the black screen is only for a while, but it's still weird, i also note a high disk activity when it shouldn't be doing anything. Please help!

Solution
Ide is the old boot protocol for older versions of windows,. Well if its not much trouble reinstall windows using ahci ("i think this is the correct acronym") will fix this.
