Black screen before windows

Often, my screen is black until windows starts loading (i see the spinning "wheel" of dots). When it happens, i can't access BIOS, run memtests or boot from usb.

Today i tried to run windows on safe mode, but got stuck on black screen. I guessed it was working but not showing, so i managed to disable safe mode guiding myself with another pc, and it worked.

So, i guess my problem is my graphic card isn't working properly before windows load drivers. Any idea why and/or how can i solve?

My setup:
MOBO: GA 970A DS3P (rev 1.0)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Graphic: MSI GTX960 2GB (drivers update to 398.82, 01/08/2018)
RAM: Kingston 4GB 800MHz x2 (KHX1600C9D3L/4GX)
SO: Windows 10 Home 64bits (update, 1803)

Thanks for your time.

Since the BIOS drivers update is BETA i left the F1 version (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-970A-DS3P-rev-10#support-dl-bios)

I don't remember that option (and can't find in manual http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-970a-ds3p_e.pdf ), but BIOS config is by default.
