[SOLVED] Black screen, but computer still running and i can't shutdown

these days my pc has some problems.
when i watch something online or playing fortnite after sometime my pc shutdown automatically.
my monitor says no signal but my pc rimains still on and fans too.
hardware:
cpu: ryzen 2200g
gpu: msi radeon rx580 8gb
psu: corsair vx550w
ssd 128gb kingston
harddisk 1tb
and case has 3 fans

it's most likely the power supply or thermal related issues (cooling problems)
