[SOLVED] Black screen but My pc is running

So my pc was working fine,but yesterday my screen turned black while watching a video first i restarted but i got black screen.
When i turn it on i get the mobo logo after that no windows 10 loading screen after few seconds i see the desktop for like 0.5 s and it turns black again,also if i take the hdmi cable out of the gpu and plug it back in i see the desktop again for 0.5s before it turns black.I can clearly see the system is working but boom black screen.i tested with another monitor same thing.pls i need some advice im going crazy not knowing the source of the problem

Ps: i can access bios.... I get black screen in safe mode

B450 tomahawk max
Gigabyte rx 570
16gb 3200

UPDATE: used my tv and it worked just fine didn't give me any issues or black screen so i think its a resolution problem my monitor is 1600x1200. I kept plugin and unplugging the vga cable until i reached resolution settings in windows,it was set to 1920x1080 i lowered it to 13.... something and didn't work should i just buy a 1080p monitor with hdmi and call it a day ?
