Black screen but pc looks running normal

Hi, I got the following setup

CPU: i7 920
mobo: Asus p6t deluxe v2
VGA: ATI Saphire 5970
RAM: Corsair dominator 3x2Gb
PSU: Zalman 850W

After 1,5 year of non-problem use (not even format) suddenly it stop booting. Pc looks like running normal (fans working, hdd ledflashing) but monitor stay black (power save mode).
I have tried to clear CMOS, change VGA, remove ram slot, change battery, checked cables, change monitor, remove and set power cables on mobo (both 16 and 8 pin).
I have my pc on UPS, so it is probably not by voltage failure. The case inside is not very clean and the last days the weather is wet.
When I boot I hear one beep after 5 sec and after 10 sec I hear one more.

Plz help me cause that is my main pc and all my work depents on that.

beeps are both short I cannot place them in any category of them that u show me.

Clear the Cmos

Big Trev....OP has already tried to clear CMOS...

Nizzo, reseat the RAM and clear RTC...

I already clear CMOS with and without battery but nothing happens.

Also I try a new PSU .... still nothing.

I guess it is mobo .....

Going out on a limb here, but have you tried discharging everything by holding the power button down while the PSU switch is off (in the back of the PSU)? Then wait a while, switch the PSU power back on and try.

Yes indeed it does sound like the MOBO is faulty

I think that is the case, I try the hold button think still nothing. Crazy situation, hope my seller change it in guaranty.

My board did the same thing..ASUS M4A89GTD...RMA'ed installed new board and its been smooth sailing ever since
