black screen/ computer crashing and flickering/ wont start up

i was recently dowloading mods for a game as i usually do. When trying to run one of the maps my screen went black and was flickering on and off of the game screen until it finally crashed and made some sort of buzzing noise. This repeated many times; first three times were on the game then once with only skype open. i proceeded to use my computer until today when i was on my desktop and lines were throughout my screen and eventually crashed my computer has yet to start with the hdmi plugged into the gpu.

Was the mod called The Angry Planes mod?
If so you have gotten a virus.
