Issue
Screen cuts out when using games requiring GPU. System still responds, plays sounds, accepts user input. This is after a system upgrade, migrating a few parts, including the GPU, PSU, HDD, and monitor. Tried tons of drivers/reinstalled Windows/stress tested parts. Nothing conclusive to solve issue. Please help.

Everything worked properly on the old system.
Symptoms
Screen cuts out when using games requiring GPU. System still responds, plays sounds, accepts user input.
No issues when running Furmark benchmark tool. Crashes when running Heaven benchmark tool.
GPU card does have a little sag, currently supported to be flat.
Minecraft: Can play for ~20 minutes before black screen.
CS-GO: Can play for 1-5 minutes before black screen.
League of Legends: 1-5 minutes before black screen.
World of Tanks: ~1 second before black screen.
Actions
Loaded Windows 10, installed all motherboard drivers.
Installed latest NVIDIA drivers (451.48) (Black screens)
Uninstalled using DisplayDriver Uninstaller
Installed 2019 NVIDIA drivers. (Black screens)
Uninstalled using DisplayDriver Uninstaller
Installed mid-2017 NVIDIA drivers. These would have been the latest used on my old system. (Black screens)
System Stressing/Testing
GPU Test - Ran Furmark for GPU on a number of different resolutions. Temps around 70C at max, no issues.
RAMTEST - Ran memtest86 for a cycle. No issues.
CPU Test - Ran prime95 for a cycle. No issues.
PSU Test - Ran Furmark and prime95 simultaneously for ~5 minutes to stress the PSU and attempt to rule out any PSU issues. No issues.
Round 2
Reinstalled Windows 10 Home, reloaded all motherboard drivers.
Win10 autoinstalled GPU driver (black screens)
Uninstalled the GPU driver Windows 10 automatically downloaded with DisplayDriver Uninstaller
Installed lastest GPU drivers (black screens)
Thoughts/Questions
I know that my PSU is undersized for my system. However, the fact that it ran my last system fine in combination with the fact that the new system should draw less power leads me to believe that it isn't the problem. Maxing both CPU and GPU at 100% for 5 minutes also tested that, but my wattage/voltage knowledge is shaky so I'm still not sure.
