black screen during games please help me i am so frustrated

i get black screens during games while the settings of the game are maxed out when i lower the settings it runs normally without any issues secondly i get freezes in games and out of the games with keyboard and mouse not responding to any command i changed my psu to 750 V one so it's not the problem my rig btw is p67 extreme 6 board/ gtx 1060 6gb / i5 4370 / 8gb of ram with 2 satas 1 tb each this is frustrating me because this pc is new it's been a month since i bought the gpu and less than a week when i bought the motherboard and ram and the cpu hope a quick and definite answer from the professionals of this website i hope i get an answer to this problem

What psu? Even though it's 750 it sounds like it's giving out under load. Not all power supplies are created equal

i have a thermal take smart se 750 v i know it's not the best but it's doing fine i guess the thing is most of the time the black screen or freezing happens only in intensive games like black ops 3 i've done benchmarks and it goes completely fine and played games like fortnite the witcher 3 forza horizon 3 with no issue i don't know why does it happen here last time i tried bo3 it froze with bullet sound repeating over and over again it just froze with no black screen and in that one i did exit the game without any problems but in some cases when it freezes and the keyboard go out i can't do anything but a restart let add something that the restart in that moment doesn't function but completely shuts down the pc i hope that u understand and answer a definite answer i really want to get rid of this Sh**
