Black Screen Flickers

I recently built my own computer. It runs well and doesn't sound unhealthy. However I occasionally get a black screen flicker when I am playing games which I wouldn't of thought to be particularily strenuous (Eg. GTA SA and Prison Architect)

Check your bios or driver versions. Some cards experience flicker. My R9 270X had flickering on black colors, it has been solved with the newest BIOS update.
Here are the BIOS releases for your GPU, check which version you have.
