Black screen for few seconds when playing games

Got a new pc 2 months ago put it to gether by my self i had an old GPU when playing games after a few minutes i get black screens for 2-3 seconds it would even from 150 fps go to 40 and only fix with restart and i thought it was the old GPU causing the problem and yesterday got GTX 1050 Ti but the problems didnt fix .

Any help is much appreciated.

  OS : Windows 10 64bit

Clean Uninstall the Nvidia Drivers...
Then Download the newest drivers and Reinstall.

You didn't list your monitor and how it's connected to your computer.

it's either drivers , Connection or in very rare instance the monitor itself..

Monitor is connected with DVI i had another monitor with old gpu with VGA same problem i DDU clean and reinstall drivers and even format didnt help GPU temps goes about 51c and CPU 42c when playing

use hwinfo on sensor page and check voltages it report and do some load on system leave it open and check if voltages fluctuate suspecting psu .

I used cpu z to stress cpu and i have no idea what to look for

what is related to sys fan 1 run low on speed also could be psu that is not handling load on power you have the other parts where it show gpu details .
