My friend has a Intel NUC 13 with a Samsung M5

Some months ago the monitor started to go black just for a bit and then returning to normal.

It did that till the monitor didn't turn on anymore.
We replaced the monitor in warranty with a new one (same model) But it always give the same problem. It works, then suddently go black for half second, then works again.

Replacing the monitor we replaced also plug cable and hdmi cable, so they should be ok. (all new and original with monitor)
With a very old monitor we never had problem, so it should not be the socket...

The problem did from the beginning, since the OS was just installed...
What it can be in this case?

I'm really confused :(

It could be your drivers for your display on your NUC. You're advised to remove all GPU drivers using DDU then manually reinstalling the latest Intel GPU drivers in an elevated command, assuming you're on Windows OS.

What OS are you working with? Where did you source the installer for the OS from?

Got a link to the NUC you're working with now?

The OS is Windows 11, downloaded from the official site and did a clean install.
It is Intel NUC 13 ProDesk Edition NUC13VYKi5 and it was without RAM and SSD that I installed (i don't remeber now the brand)
So no garbage stuff installed.
