Question Black screen GTX 1050ti

So this problem started a month ago, suddenly whille gaming 3 black screens appear and i needed to restart. 2 weeks ago it happened so badly my PC was unable to start. When i pressed to power button all my lights turned on but the pump and fans weren't working. I resolved it by removing the PSU 6+2 pin power connector and placing another one. Everything ran fine until it happend again and i needed a new psu cable. yesterday it happend again and im sick of it. Now i ran stress test on the CPU GPU and RAM but it isnt giving a kick all temps are fine and no crashes it happend on a VRAM heavy game (using all of my 4Gb of VRAM) so is this a VRAM issue? Is my GPU or PSU broken? and most of all how do i solve this? pc specs in signature.
