Question Black Screen Issue

I keep getting black screen on every game I play and my computer randomly goes to sleep and then i cant wake it up but my computer is still running I have to turn my pc off when this happens and every time i log in the resolution is huge and it says i dont have radeon software so i have to redownload it every time. rx570 gpu intel xeon W3530 cpu. I have tried reinstalling the drivers many times but I still get the same issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

Likely a RAM issue - try reseating your RAM modules
