Black screen issues on Startup

So on Windows 10, Bios screen comes up and the windows logo shows up but when going into the login screen the screen is black with no mouse cursor. I have to turn my monitor on and off to be able to see anything to login. Any way to fix this? It seems like as soon as the windows login screen comes up I get no signal.

Mobo: Msi x97 gaming 5

Everything is stable afaik.

I would start with a clean install of the latest drivers directly from AMD's official website. It may be a good idea to first run AMD cleanup utility to totally remove all AMD drivers and fragments from your system before clean installing the latest driver from AMD. It would also be a good idea to check and ensure you are running the latest bios for your motherboard.

I've tried doing a clean install to no avail and the bios is the most up to date version.

I used DDU to uninstall the AMD drivers.
