So I'm in a bind
I built a computer this past summer and, after some DRM funny-business, everything worked out alright. Flash-forward to this morning and I'm browsing reddit when suddenly my screen goes black. Now, a similar issue has been frequent in the past 4 months wherein the video driver would crash for a moment then reboot and work fine. I assume this is the same however the black screen does not resolve itself. I had hoped that the video card may have finally given out entirely (which would be fine as it is still under warranty). I took the HDMI cord out of my MSI GeForce GTX 660 and put it direct into my MoBo's video output. Power was still on the monitor but no hdmi connection detected. I reboot the computer and put the HDMI video back into the 660 and the MSI dragon-screen comes up (where you can chose to select BIOS or continue to the standard boot). I allow it to continue into regular boot but "Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media..." comes up. I reboot again and attempt to boot into BIOS except now my Keyboard is not connecting to the computer. I try connecting the keyboard to a variety of different USB ports as well as taking out a secondary keyboard... Nothing. I'm at a loss so please help.
tl;dr: Screen went black while reading Reddit. Tried different ports on MoBo and video card - no change, Tried rebooting - now boots into "Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device" and multiple keyboards are not connecting to any USB ports anywhere on the computer.
