Question Black Screen - Need Help

My computer ROG GL553VD - i7 Windows 10 laptop goes to a black screen whenever i click the battery, volume, and notification icon at the task bar. Ctrl Alt Del didn't work.

This doesn't happen if I change the graphics driver (Intel hd 630) to a generic one.

I already tried to reinstalled but the problem still exist. I also updated BIOS.

Download DDU, go in to safe mode, run it and completely remove all the existing GPU drivers.

Multiple drivers often conflict with each other, just like Antivirus.

After this, that problem should be gone.

Now download the latest drivers from the manufacturer, install and restart your laptop.

The problem still persist even after reinstalling using DDU and using the manufacturer's driver.
