Long story short. After installing a second SSD Sata drive my computer started to shut itself off, an error that occurred even after removing the unit completely. Since then I've swapped my mobo, CPU and RAM to make sure this is not the problem, while the gpu and SSD-drives have been tested in another set-up working perfectly.

This new setup runs perfectly all until installing Windows 10 where the computer (once again) shut itself off for the first time just seconds before finishing the installation. After a second try I've managed to install Windows 10 but it doesn't take to long until it's back in shutting itself off only leaving an unknown Kernel Power error the same minute it died. It's all awfully strange as it once let me install Spotify and then crashed upon downloading Skype. The computer doesn't receive any bluescreen or anything it just like somebody cut the power and then powers it back on. It doesn't happen in Bios (from what I know at least after waiting in bios for 20 minutes) and sometimes it'll run longer.

Any clues?

At the CPU it fluctuates between 1.2V and 1.184V on a 5-20 seconds interval, temperature fixed at 26°C - 27°C
The Voltage screen is telling me: +12V, 12.192V
+3.3V, 3,392V
+5, (fluctuates between) 5.120V and 5.080V.
Mobo temp is at 23°C, PCH 35°C.

After reinstalling everything again I tried to install Windows 10 (from flash stick, legit version with product key) it did take me a second try before it actually finished the installation as it did turn itself off right before the installation was finished.

It's worth mentioning that the PSU is an ~7 year old Corsair TX 750W while the rest of the rig is brand new setup with Asus Prime Z270 (Mobo), Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz 16gb (ram on two sticks), 7700K unlocked i7 (cpu), Asus GTX 1060 3gb OC (gpu) and aSamsung Evo 750 SSD drive.
