Black Screen New Build

Today i just made a new build , and my graphics card was used on my older build and tested , fully working , on this new build , graphic card makes a stange noise like tik-tik-tik-tik and the screen is black

Fx 8350 [Stock Cooler]
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
8GB Corsair ValueSelect 1300Mhz
R9 280
Ocz Zs Series 80 browse plus
2x Seagate 310 GB

Is the power supply new or old?
If new, then try testing with the old one.

Its old i think it have 3 years but i Tested in my old build and was working

Have you tested different graphics card with the new build?

Nop sorry i just have 1 graphic card : r9 280

Then I suggest borrowing one and testing. It would be also helpful to connect an internal speaker to the board (for beeps).

I have te speaker connected , i tried some times without graphic card and sometimes it boot but i was unable to see the screen so i checked keyboard lights and they didnt response , and sometimes e boot and fan stop for a second and then start , then 3 beep and pc shutdown itself

Im gona put all hardware on the box and then install hardware again

Wooow alex , after re installed my hardware i booted my pc and the gpu fan was crazy with a crazy loud noise like fuuuuuuu... Super loud why is this happening

Not sure what's wrong with it. Try though borrowing a card and testing.
