Question Black Screen New GPU

Hello! Today I installed a new GPU to my computer. Now, my monitor detects nothing. The GPU fans are spinning. What have I done wrong . NOTE: THE OLD CARD WAS NVIDIA AND NOW ITS AMD! I DID NOT INSTALL OR UNINSTALL ANY DRIVERS OR SOFTWARE BEFORE INSTALLING THE GPU. I also cannot use my Integrated GPU since I only have an HDMI cable and my MOBO does not.
