Black Screen No Beep (explained below)

So i wanted to use the Hyper 212 Evo, so I tried to do it myself. When I pulled my Stock AMD CPU Cooler from the thing, it pulled a he CPU with it. i looked at it but it didnt seem ruined, but there was some thermal paste on the pins (i didnt pay too much attention to that.) but i cleaned the top of the cpu of paste and got started on the backplate. Once it was on i did the rest of the adding process, but it wasnt as easy. The cooler didnt directly lineup over the CPU (probably not the the issue.) i put all of the computer back together, but didnt know exactly where some of the cords went (this may be the issue.) I booted it up and all of the fans are running, the gpu fan is spinning, and i think the ssd and hdd are working. I was told it could be my CPU, GPU, or the cords. I moved the GPU to a different slot, but it didnt help. These parts all worked beforehand, but now I doesnt. When I turn the computer on, the monitor says entering power saving mode, so is it the signal? My monitor white (DVI i think) cord dont seem to be the problem. If someone could help, id be extremely grateful.
If there is an issue, will my Mobo beep every time i start it up?

Gtx 670

Anything else just ask

No im not able to give you pictures because im on my phone and The process of taking off the cpu cooler and putting it back on killer, unless it needs to be done.

Solution
I fixed it! I took out the CPU Cooler and my CPU. When I pulled my stock Cooler out and the CPU came out with it, it must of loosened the hold. I also read that maybe I had the screws to tight, so when I put the Cooler back on i kept the screws in it kind of loose. The bracket was kinda poorly fit for my screws though. So, to anyone who has this problem, check to be sure your CPU is in place because mine had lifted out of its lock when I pulled the cooler off.
