Question Black Screen - No Display

So today I upgraded my pc with a new cpu and cpu cooler.
I installed the cpu and cooler, went to boot up the pc and I have a black screen and nothing is showing.
I also get 1 beep when starting the pc.

PC Specs:
Cpu - I7 2600K
Cpu Cooler - Hyper 212 Black Edition
Ram - 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
Motherboard - H61M-S2PV
Gpu - GTX 1050 Ti

which bios revision?

which rev is the board?

I also only have to tap the power button, then it shuts off straight away.

Took my new cpu out and put my old one in, pc booted to windows without a problem. Put my new one in cleaned the ram, now it's booting up for 3 - 5 seconds then endless rebooting and single beeps.

Still no display with new cpu.

if you have the latest bios and it still doing that. return the "new" cpu

My old cpu is now boot looping too. Any other ideas?

I also have another motherboard here. It's an Intel DQ670W
