[SOLVED] Black screen non boot Acer Aspire Z5700

Hi all, I bought a Acer Aspire Z15700 All-in-one touch screen computer with black screen and non booting hoping to fix and keep as my PCs but I can't figure out where to start. Can someone tell me what the likely problem is and how to go about it. When plugged in, you can hear the sound of the fan and a possible powering on. Need help please

Did you receive the User Guide/Manual? If so, start with the troubleshooting section.

If not, go to Acer's website and look for the User Guide/Manual. Download a copy where you can open and read the documentation.

I didn't get any user guide unfortunately. will have a go at downloading one. Thanks
