Question Black Screen occasionally ?

Hi Guys, my monitor would randomly go black occasionally and shows "DisplayPort No Signal". I have to force a restart to get back to normal.
Already checked bios, drivers, and cables. Any thoughts?

GPU: RX 570
PSU: 550W

Remove the memories from your computer, take an eraser and clean the yellow part very lightly.
See if the same problem occurs.
When this problem happens to you, are you on Windows? Or just when you turn on the pc?

On windows. Sometimes I’ll be doing nothing and it’ll just go black on me suddenly. Keyboard RGB goes out too. But PC RGBs and fans are all running.

Have you checked if the discs are in good condition? If not, use a program called "hdsentinel".
Have you tried formatting OS? It could be a drive issue.

what connector you use the hdmi or display would try anorther cable aslo try to remove gpu driver and use os generic one did you check temp on gpu .

Temp is all good, I have tried using different cables. Also removed drivers as well.

did you try to use the other gpu slot on board for test and use occt to stress test psu you could also follow all system values with hwinfo on sensor page and it could made a log so you see what happens when monitor black out .

Can you remember when the problem started?

Was it after you switched monitors, upgraded components, maybe a Windows update or upgrade?

Did you mention the make and model of your monitor?
