Black screen on boot and no keyboard

So I'm very educated in pc's but basically the other day I restarted my pc and it wouldn't boot just got a black screen and the keyboards not working but everything in the case is still working there's no beep from the speaker I've tried everything under the sun e.g. Taking all components out also tried one by one to see if it is just one of them also tried 4 power supply's that I know work also tried every video output on the the board and gpu tried 2 different monitors and taking it out of the case.

But what really mind numbed me it that I got a brand new board and the same thing please help.

AMD FX 6300 oc 4.5ghz
4gb corsair vengeance ram 1600
Hd7790
Gigabyte 78lmt-usb Rev5 and a
M5A88-V EVO
60gb ssd and 500gb hdd.

If starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed and still no beeps, then it might be a CPU issue (mobo already ruled out).
