Question Black screen on Boot up, no BIOS options. F9, F2 doesn't work. GIGABYTE AERO 15

My laptop screen won't work, PC boots up and fan and keyboard activate, but the screen remains blank. F9, F2 etc don't work, I cannot get into BIOS.
I have tried the following:

• Swapped out RAMS
• Changed SSDs
• Removed Battery

Gigabyte 'support' are non-responsive for over a week.
Any advice?

I have just got this laptop a few days ago and same seems to have happened. Did you find a fix?

I also have this issue with aero15 from 2018, I'm having final course evaluations this week so it's stressful. I had to send in laptop for broken screen and took 3 weeks to get back so have to use something else.
