Black screen on boot-up

Hello, I have a problem.

So I overclocked my CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 955) and then stress-tested the hardware. The CPU can reach 62° C but already at 50° my computer just turned off. Now every time I start the computer, it is running with the fans but I don't have a picture on the monitor.

What am I supposed to do now? Is the CPU broken?

Remove the CMOS battery (coin-like) on the motherboard for 10+ seconds and put it back in.

What CPU cooler do you have?

If it just "shut off", don't discount a PSU problem even if it powers up.

Okay, I have already solved this problem by buying a new Motherboard. Thx anyway.
