[SOLVED] Black screen on laptop and it doesn't boot ?

My laptop is Zbook G3

When I power it on the backlit keyboard lights up and the fan works but the screen is still black and doesn't boot ?
What I tried:

• Disconnected the battery and pressed on the power button for 2 minutes but that made no difference.
• Removed the RAM and try to start it , the laptop made the beep sounds that means there's a RAM problem.
• Removed the SSD and put it back again, that made no difference.

Try to change the ram slot if 2 slot available

Hey man it sounds like we have the same issue, I suggest you take a look at my forum question i just posted. I recommend connecting the laptop to another display like a tv or monitor. Maybe popping out the CMOS battery, then putting the CMOS battery back in a few minutes later. It might be a display, gpu, or motherboard issue but I am not sure, hopefully someone who has had the same issue can share their experience us.

If nothing works try recover bios via key combination (try which one enters to the bios recovery mode) : https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16

if key combination works make the usb recovery and repeat
