It seems to have been fixed with the latest quality update (June 12, 2018—KB4284835 (OS Build 17134.112))
■ Addresses an issue that caused the system to start up to a black screen. This issue occurs because previous updates to the Spring Creators Update were incompatible with specific versions of PC tune-up utilities after installation.
You didn't provide much information, like what machine you're using or which version of Windows 10 you're running, but I'm going to assume this is the problem.
It might also be the fast boot or some sort of corruption. Personally I would do a clean install of Windows and then install the latest drivers if this were to happen to me.
