black screen on login

when I log into Windows 10 my whole screen is black there's no icons but I can click ctrl-alt-delete bring up task manager that works but I can't open the internet or nothing can someone tell me how to fix this

It seems to have been fixed with the latest quality update (June 12, 2018—KB4284835 (OS Build 17134.112))

You didn't provide much information, like what machine you're using or which version of Windows 10 you're running, but I'm going to assume this is the problem.

It might also be the fast boot or some sort of corruption. Personally I would do a clean install of Windows and then install the latest drivers if this were to happen to me.
