Black screen on pc

Hi I'm having problems with my pc since December lsat year it worked fine till one night I shut it down and next morning no display but all components are functioning but if I remove the graphics card it works fine boots up with display and all
I have a evga kingpin 980 times graphics card an Asus rog strix z170 motherboard Intel I7 and corsair hx1000i cup
Pls help
