black screen on start up after power outage. Please Help!!

Graphics card fans spin
Usb ports dont seem to light up the keyboard or mouse. Is there anything im missing? Could i please get some impute on what would be the issue with my pc.

Hi, if it's just a complete black screen, no response or anything from the PC, then it's most likely the Hard drive has been corrupted. If you have a spare Hard drive with an OS on it, hook it up, remove the current one and see if it will boot. If it does you'll have to re-install windows on the corrupt drive. Formatting it would probably be the best course of action to wipe it and make it a clean drive. Try using Recuva,a free tool on it be connecting it to another PC and see if any files can be recovered.
