Black screen on start up? Gaming pc

Earlier I was having an issue where my pc was stuck on the motherboard splash screen. I read to clear the cmos. I took the cmos battery out for 10 sec and put it back in. While I was doing that I noticed one of the wires were unplugged so I plugged it. I then turned my pc on and all I see is a black screen. The fans are also quieter than usual. There is no cursor that shows up. I can't enter BIOS. By the way when I turn the pc on my monitor also turns on.
